This particular project pulls together several technology advances in screen printing to produce a very impactful event T-shirt.

By using software to convert the photo images into layers of six flat colors instead of the traditional four color CMYK separations, we could add depth and control the build up on color during the printing process. Furthermore, we used a high count mesh screen for a finer resolution and combined with our high-speed automatic press registration was a breeze and quality was consistent throughout the run.
